This appears to be a good place to talk. I am an Entrepreneur, Designer, Manufacturer, and registered patent applicant of a classroom chair satchel currently being manufacturered in China. Wow!
Selling direct to KS1 & KS2 U.K. education, and doing o.k.
O.T.T. Pouch is becoming a sucessful and much needed product in the classrooms. Started in September 2007 we have gone beyond the sample enquiry/trial stage to full class orders, and progressed to full school suppliers. Thank you for your tips. Any productive information is gratefully received.
Can not resist saying that the child on our website http://www.ott-pouch.com is my grandson Callum, I am so proud of him. Kind regards,
Janet

I agree with many of the comments that customer service is the key. We provide a service where ironically we hope we don’t get repeat business!!! However we do hope for word of mouth recommendation which is priceless.

Has the current political uncertainty made you
