Text message notifications & reminders to your customers
You can enable text message notifications & reminders (additional charges apply) to your customers. This is a great way to reduce no-shows and a handy additional service to your customers.
Text Message Notifications to your staff
Receive instant notification by text message (additional charges apply) every time you receive a new online appointment. You can configure your staff to receive individual notifications for their own appointments.
Accept or decline appointments via text message
If you enable text message notifications (additional charges apply) for yourself or your staff, they can all accept and decline appointment requests by simply replying YES , or NO . If you accepted, the system will block the corresponding time, to prevent further bookings for that specific time slot. So even if you are on the road, you are fully informed of your business.
Adjustable working hours
You can enter working schedules for all staff members, handy if some work part time or at different times.
If you set specific staff members to be required for a service, the system will check whether they are available based on their working schedules and existing appointments.

The service is designed so that it can become your single source of bookings information. Bookings taken over the phone or in person can all be entered in directly to the calendar, meaning your availability is always up to date, and integrated with the bookings coming in from your website.
Quickly enter new appointments – auto-complete function
Just click with a double click in the calendar to create a new appointment. As soon as you type the first letters or phone number numbers, the auto complete function will automatically show all customers that meet those letters. You can now quickly select so all data are added to the appointment. Of course you can override the auto-complete by just continue typing.
Enter new appointments according to availabilities
Like your customers you have the option to view per service what the availabilities are. Anyone can now easily schedule an appointment, without to need the ins and outs about what is required, who is on duty and which rooms are available. The handy auto-complete function can also be used in this view.
Repeat Appointments

BT Book it now has partnered with PayPal to make it easy for your clients to pay online at the point they schedule an appointment. They’ll be able to pay with a credit card, a debit card, or directly from a bank account. It’s fast and secure. You can set whether an online payment is optional or required to book with you. Further you can set a deposit amount as required instead of a payment in full.
A Mini website (your logo, pictures, services, team)
Quickly upload your business graphic and/or logo to your online scheduling pages to create a more personalized experience. You can even upload descriptions, pictures of your services, your staff or other resources and rooms you want to show.
Safety
Appointments are being made through a secure SSL encrypted connection and ‘https‘. Your admin pages are also protected by a secure connection. No one will have access to your appointments and customer data. Usernames and passwords are not stored in a database so no one can gain any unauthorized access to your account. Customer credit card data are neither stored; your own credit card details will even not be fully visible as well. Further we offer an hourly backup of the appointments.
Synchronize to other Calendars
We offer an automated synch option, meaning all incoming appointments will be exported automatically to your Outlook, Google Calendar or iCal calendar.
Features for Hotels, B&B’s
For bed & breakfasts and hotels we have a ‘hotel booking feature’ where you can set arrival and departure times for the hotel bookings you offer. You can set what is needed for the booking (hotel room for 2 persons or bridal suite). Your customer can now select multiple days out of a month calendar view and are able to book hotel nights. If you enabled the online payment option only the first night will be charged. Further you can set your cancellation and payment policies.
Company booking, payment and cancellation policies
You can enter your policies and conditions into the system. Your customer now need to actively accept (by checking a box) those conditions to continue with a booking.
Short or long term availability
Adjust your settings so customers can book the services they need online for as early as the next hour or up to 1 year in advance.
