Automatic Appointment Confirmation
Your customers receive automatic confirmation of their appointment request once they’ve entered it, as well as an email reminder prior to the appointment.
You will also receive a notification that an appointment has been requested. If you don’t accept or decline your appointment within 24 hours, an automatic email will notify your customer.
Free Online Scheduling Page
Don’t have a Web site? Not to worry. We’ll provide you with your very own scheduling page, hosted and maintained by BT Book it now, that allows your clients to simultaneously search and confirm appointments online, in real-time.
Customer list
You can view the details of the customers that booked with your and how many appointments they booked with you. Phone number, email address, and any additional info you requested is all kept up to date in your BT Book it now account.
Activating the Free Service
To start using the free version of BT Book it now, simply by log in to your Tradespace, clicking on My Tradespace and enabling BT Book it now from your dashboard (if you have an enhanced Tradespace). This will allow you to load a single bookable service (of one hour duration) and you can promote it as ‘Book a time to discuss your needs’ to convert people browsing your Tradespace into new customers.
