Take part in our ‘pose for the nose’ competition for Comic Relief!
Back to BT Tradespace blog
Love fun? Love laughter? Love taking the mickey? Then you’ve come to the right place! Take part in our ‘pose for the nose’ competition and you could be laughing your way to the top of the BT Tower!
To enter simply
- Upload a funny photo of you, your family, team or pets (the choice is endless, as long as it is funny!) to your Tradespace.
- Once you’ve done that email us with the link to your photo on your Tradespace site.

The BT Tradespace member that uploads the funniest photo by 00:00 hours, Thursday, 5th March 2009 will be awarded with a pair of tickets to the BT Comic Relief comedy auction at the BT Tower on 10th March and overnight stay in London! The side-splitting evening will be hosted by a top comedian at the top of the BT Tower and includes a three-course dinner and entertainment. All that for one funny photo!
Remember – include your name, phone number and email address so that we can contact you should you win because no details = no contact = no fun evening…
Of course, we hasten to add that while we see posing for the ‘nose’ as a way to satiate our hunger for humour; it’s also to show our support for Comic Relief.

This year, we’ve had Ursula and Alia rubbing noses, the BT Tradespace team flaunting their own version of the nose and also given ourselves the challenge of raising a thousand pounds – so if you want to support us in this, feel free to make a donation!
Here’s how your donation could make a difference:
- £1 could pay for a hot meal for a young homeless person when they go to a drop-in centre to get vital support and assistance.
- £5 could pay for a school uniform for a child living in extreme poverty in Kibera, Africa’s largest urban slum.
- £10 could pay for a young person living with domestic violence at home to talk to a counsellor in a safe non-judgemental environment, to help them cope with their traumatic experiences.
- £15 could pay for two months’ worth of basic provisions which give an orphaned child in South Africa the chance to go to school rather than have to work or walk miles a day to fetch water.
